What is meant by conversion rate?

Your conversion rate is the amount of goals achiev by the user (macro-conversions or micro-conversions) divid by the number of total sessions complet by that user before the conversion.

Continuing with the example of an eCommerce website, to calculate your conversion rate you ne to divide the number of purchases made by a single user by the number of sessions “requir” by that user to complete the purchase of one or more products.

At this point, we move on to the next phase, which is optimizing the conversion process.
