Yesterday I was reviewing the sales results of our own brands on Amazon. It has been more than 10k of the 19k profit we have achieved in terms of sales in March. It has not been a sales record (about 12k profit in December 2023) but it has been the first time that most of the sales no longer depend on third-party brands.
It is quite an achievement considering that the end of 2021 was the first sale and even exactly a year ago we were still at 0.8k profit. It must also be said that 60% of those sales are concentrated in two products.

Focus on the brand
It is somewhat generic, I admit, but it is one of the basic things to do. If you look at your own brand and think about improvements that you can implement, ideas emerge. Ideas emerge from tasks and from there execution. Doing things and evaluating the results makes progress. It is so easy and so complicated. It has been a long road that includes changing suppliers and manufacturers. Frustration along the way has been part of the journey.

The niche we touch, the world of collectibles, is well known to us. Having been in this field for more than six years has allowed us to understand the needs of the collector well. This has generated product ideas that have created demand and recurrence from day one.
